The battery life of my smartwatch is short
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
Bluetooth is turned on: Turn off Bluetooth.
List view
1. Find "Bluetooth"
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.

Tap the settings icon.

Tap Connections.

Tap Bluetooth.

2. Turn Bluetooth on or off
Tap the indicator below "Bluetooth" to turn the function on or off.

3. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
