I can't update the software on my smartwatch

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

There is not enough power on the battery: Charge the battery to at least 50 percent.

1. Charge the battery

Connect the charger to a power point.
Place the back of your smartwatch on the magnetic charger allowing it to click into place.
When the battery charging icon is displayed, charging is in progress.
