I can't send and receive SMS
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

1. Read SMS
Tap the Home key.
Tap the message icon.
Tap the required SMS to read it.
2. Reply to SMS using text input
Tap the write reply icon and key in the required text.
Tap Send.
3. Reply to SMS using quick reply
Tap the required reply.
4. Reply to SMS using voice
Tap the microphone icon and follow the instructions on the screen to record and send the required reply.
5. Delete SMS
Tap the Return key.
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Delete.
Tap the required message.
Tap Delete.
Tap the confirm icon.
6. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
