I can't send and receive email

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

The email isn't written correctly: See how to write and send an email.

List view

1. Read email

Tap the Home key.
Tap the email icon.
Tap the required email to read it.

2. Reply to email using text input

Tap the write reply icon and key in the required text.
Tap Send.

3. Reply to email using quick reply

Tap the required reply.

4. Reply to email using voice

Tap the microphone icon and follow the instructions on the screen to record and send the required reply.

5. Delete email

Tap the menu icon.
Tap Delete.

6. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
