I can't play music

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 2:

The headset isn't working: Check that the headset is correctly connected to your smartwatch or try again with another headset.

1. Find "Bluetooth"

Tap the Home key.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Connections.
Tap Bluetooth.

2. Turn on Bluetooth

Tap Bluetooth to turn on the function.

3. Pair Bluetooth headset with your smartwatch

Tap Bluetooth audio.
Tap the required Bluetooth headset.
Your Bluetooth headset needs to be turned on and be ready to connect via Bluetooth.

4. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
