I can't use Wi-Fi

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 2:

No connection to a Wi-Fi network is established: Connect to a Wi-Fi network.

List view

1. Find "Wi-Fi"

Tap the Home key.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Connections.
Tap Wi-Fi.

2. Turn on Wi-Fi

Tap Wi-Fi.
Tap the required setting.
You can select if your smartwatch should only turn on Wi-Fi when not connected to your mobile phone, or if Wi-Fi should always be turned on. If your smartwatch is connected to your mobile phone via Bluetooth, it will automatically use your mobile phone's Wi-Fi connection.
Tap the confirm icon.

3. Connect to a Wi-Fi network

Tap the required Wi-Fi network.
If the Wi-Fi network is password protected, a lock icon is displayed next to the name of the Wi-Fi network. You can get the password from the network provider or administrator.
Tap Password.
Tap Enter password.
Key in the password for the Wi-Fi network and tap Done.
Tap Connect.

4. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
