I don't receive notifications on my smartwatch

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

Do Not Disturb is turned on: Turn off Do Not Disturb.

1. Turn on suppression of calls and notifications

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Tap the suppression of calls and notifications icon.
Tap the required setting.
Tap the confirm icon.

2. Turn off suppression of calls and notifications

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Tap the suppression of calls and notifications icon.

3. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
