I can't pair my smartwatch with my mobile phone
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

1. Turn on your smartwatch
Tap and hold the Home key until your smartwatch is turned on.

2. Choose language
Slide your finger upwards on the screen.

Tap the language icon.

Tap the required language.

3. Connect your smartwatch and your mobile phone using Bluetooth
Place your smartwatch next to your mobile phone.
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on on your mobile phone.

On your mobile phone: Tap Galaxy Wearable.
Make sure you've installed the application Galaxy Wearable on your mobile phone.
On your mobile phone: Tap Get started.
On your mobile phone: Tap Galaxy Watch Active2.
On your mobile phone: Tap Allow.
On your mobile phone: Check that the code is identical to the code displayed on your smartwatch and confirm the connection on both devices.
On your mobile phone: Tap Agree.
On your mobile phone: Tap Select all.
On your mobile phone: Tap Next.
4. Select Samsung account setting
On your mobile phone: To use your Samsung account, tap Sign in and follow the instructions on the screen to log on to your Samsung account.
On your mobile phone: To set up your Samsung account at a later time, tap Skip.
5. Set up mobile data
On your mobile phone: To set up mobile data on your smartwatch, follow the instructions on the screen to finish setting up your smartwatch.
On your mobile phone: To set up mobile data on your smartwatch later, tap Skip.

6. Finish setup
On your mobile phone: When this screen is displayed, your smartwatch is activated and synchronised with your mobile phone.
