Delete email account
If you have problems sending and receiving email, you can delete your email account and then set it up again.
Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Cloud and accounts.
Tap Accounts.
Tap the required email account.
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Remove account.
Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
