This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
The screen brightness is set too high: Lower screen brightness.
List view
1. Find "Display"
Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Display.
2. Adjust screen brightness
Tap the indicator next to "Auto brightness" to turn automatic brightness on or off.
Drag the indicator right or left to select the brightness level.
3. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
