Turn off fixed dialing.

10. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
Possible cause 4:
Fixed dialing is turned on
Solution:
Find "Fixed Dialling Numbers"
Tap Phone.
Tap MORE.
Tap Settings.
Tap More settings.
Tap Fixed Dialling Numbers.
Turn fixed dialing on or off
Tap Enable FDN to turn on fixed dialing.
Key in your PIN2 and tap OK. The default PIN2 is 0000.
Tap Disable FDN to turn off fixed dialing.
Key in your PIN2 and tap OK. The default PIN2 is 0000.
Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
