Backing up the phone memory on my mobile phone
If you want to update the software on your mobile phone, it's recommended you back up the phone memory.

Connect mobile phone and computer
Connect the data cable to the socket and to your computer's USB port.
Back up the phone memory
Start the program Smart Switch on your computer. If you haven't installed the program on your computer, go to www.samsung.com and find the download section to download it. When you've downloaded the program, install it on your computer.
Click Backup.
Tap ALLOW and wait while the phone memory is backed up.
