I can't access the internet
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 8:
Your mobile phone hasn't been correctly set up for mobile internet: Set up your mobile phone for mobile internet.

1. 1. Find "Access Point Names"
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Mobile networks.
Tap Access Point Names.
2. 2. Create new data connection
Tap ADD.
3. 3. Enter data connection name
Tap Name.
Key in Optus Yes Internet and tap OK.
4. 4. Enter APN
Tap APN.
Key in yesinternet and tap OK.
5. 5. Enter country code
Tap MCC.
Key in 505 and tap OK.
6. 6. Enter network code
Tap MNC.
Key in 02 and tap OK.
7. 7. Select authentication type
Tap Authentication type.
Tap PAP.
8. 8. Select APN type
Tap APN type.
Key in default and tap OK.
9. 9. Select data bearer
Tap Bearer.
Tap Unspecified.
10. 10. Save and activate data connection
Tap MORE.
Tap Save.
Tap the field next to the data connection to fill in the field.
11. 11. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
