I can't use one of my apps

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 4:

You've got a new phone number: Uninstall the app and try to install it again. Start the app and follow the instructions to key in your phone number.

1. 1. Find "Play Store"

Tap Apps.
Tap Play Store.

2. 2. Find app

To search by category:
Tap APPS or GAMES.
Tap CATEGORIES.
Go to the required category.
To search by name:
Tap Google play.
Key in the name of the required app and tap the search icon.

3. 3. Install app

Tap the required app.
To install a free app:
Tap INSTALL.
Tap ACCEPT.
To buy an app:
Tap the price.
Follow the instructions on the display to install the app.
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.

4. 4. Use app

Tap Apps.
Tap the app you've just installed.
Follow the instructions on the display to use the app.
