I can't use GPS navigation

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

GPS has been turned off: Turn on GPS.

List view

1. 1. Find "Location"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Privacy and safety.
Tap Location.

2. 2. Turn GPS on or off

Tap the indicator next to "Location" to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on the function:
Tap Locating method.
Continue to step 3.
If you turn off the function:
Continue to step 4.

3. 3. Choose option

Choose one of the following options:
Turn on satellite-based and network-based GPS, go to 3a.
Turn on network-based GPS, go to 3b.
Turn on satellite-based GPS, go to 3c.

4. 4. 3a - Turn on satellite-based and network-based GPS

Tap GPS, Wi-Fi, and mobile networks.

5. 5. 3b - Turn on network-based GPS

Tap Wi-Fi and mobile networks.

6. 6. 3c - Turn on satellite-based GPS

Tap GPS only.

7. 7. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
