Turn on Bluetooth visibility.

1. Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.Tap Bluetooth to turn the function on or off.

2. If you turn on the function:Tap the name of your mobile phone to turn Bluetooth visibility on or off.

3. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 3:

Bluetooth visibility isn't turned on on your mobile phone

Solution:

Turn on Bluetooth visibility.

1. Turn Bluetooth on or off

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap Bluetooth to turn the function on or off.

If you turn on the function:
Tap the name of your mobile phone to turn Bluetooth visibility on or off.

2. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
