Restore factory default settings
If your mobile phone gets slow or doesn't work as it usually does, it may help to restore the factory default settings. All configurations you've made on your mobile phone are deleted.
Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top the screen.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap General management.
Tap Reset.
Tap Factory data reset.
Tap Reset.
Tap Delete all. Wait a moment while the factory default settings are restored. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your mobile phone and prepare it for use.
