I can't check my voice messages

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 4:

You aren't using your own mobile phone: 1) Call the Optus Voicemail Number on 0411 000 321 or 133 321

2) Key in your full Optus phone number and press #

3) Key in your voicemail PIN and press #

If you haven't created a PIN for your voicemail, you can't check your voice messages from another phone or when you're abroad. Call 321 and follow the instructions to create a PIN for your voicemail.
