Possible cause 1:

Your mobile phone is locked: Turn off the key lock.Detailed instructions.

Choose one of the following options:
Turn key lock on or off, go to 1a.
Select setting for automatic key lock, go to 1b.

Briefly tap On/Off.
Depending on the current setting, the key lock is turned on or off.

Tap Apps.

Tap Settings.

Tap Display.

Tap Screen timeout.

Tap the required period.

Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
