I can't send MMS from my mobile phone

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

You're abroad and data roaming is turned off on your mobile phone: Turn on data roaming.Detailed instructions.

1. 1. Find "Mobile networks"

Tap Apps.
Tap Settings.
Tap More settings.
Tap Mobile networks.

2. 2. Turn data roaming on or off

Tap Data roaming turn the function on or off.
If required, tap OK.
When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), the function is turned on.

3. 3. Exit

Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
