I can't make calls on my mobile phone

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

You've turned on manual network selection and are out of range of the selected network: Turn on the automatic network selection.Detailed instructions.

1. 1. Find "Network operators"

Tap Apps.
Tap Settings.
Tap More settings.
Tap Mobile networks.
Tap Network operators.

2. 2. Select option

Your mobile phone will search for networks within range.
Choose one of the following options:
Select network manually, go to 2a.
Select network automatically, go to 2b.

3. 3. 2a - Select network manually

Tap the required network.
Your display will tell you if you've access to the network you've chosen.

4. 4. 2b - Select network automatically

Tap Select automatically.

5. 5. Exit

Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
