I can't send emails from my mobile phone

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

If you're abroad and data roaming is turned off on your mobile phone, you can't send and receive emails: Turn on data roaming.Detailed instructions.

1. 1. Find "Mobile networks"

Tap Applications.
Tap Settings.
Tap Wireless and network.
Tap Mobile networks.

2. 2. Turn data roaming on or off

Tap Data roaming to turn data roaming on or off.
When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), the function is turned on.
If you turn on data roaming:
Tap OK to confirm.

3. 3. Exit

Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
