How to

Using the radio on my mobile phone

Want to use the radio? Follow these easy instructions.

1. Connect headset

Connect a headset to the headset socket at the top of your mobile phone.

2. Find "FM radio"

Tap Applications.
Tap FM radio.

3. Use the radio

Follow the guidelines below to use the radio.

4. Manual tuning

Turn the key on the display to select the required channel.

5. Automatic tuning

Tap arrow right or arrow left.
The radio searches for channels in the selected direction and stops when a channel is found.

6. Save channel

Tap + at the bottom of the display.

7. Save channels automatically

Tap the Menu key.
If you select All channels, saved channels are replaced.
If you select Retaining favourites, saved channels are retained, see above.
Tap Scan.
If you select All channels, saved channels are replaced.
If you select Retaining favourites, saved channels are retained, see above.
Tap All channels or Retaining favourites.
If you select All channels, saved channels are replaced.
If you select Retaining favourites, saved channels are retained, see above.

8. Select saved channel

Tap the Menu key.
Tap All channels.
Tap the required channel.
Tap the Return key to return to the radio.

9. Turn speaker on or off

Tap the Menu key.
Tap Via speaker or Via earphones (depending on the current setting).

10. Adjust the volume

Tap the Top volume key or the Bottom volume key to adjust the volume.

11. Turn AF on or off

Tap the Menu key.
If you turn on AF, the radio automatically searches for another frequency if the signal from the selected channel gets to weak.
Tap AF.
Depending on the current setting, the function is turned on or off.
If you turn on AF, the radio automatically searches for another frequency if the signal from the selected channel gets to weak.

12. Exit

Tap the turn off radio icon.
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
