Using map functions in Google Maps
Want to use the map functions in Google Maps? It's easy, but first you need to set up your mobile phone for internet and turn on GPS before you can use this function.
List view
1. Find "Maps"
Tap Applications.
Tap Maps.
2. Find destination
Tap the Menu key.
You can also key in points of interest and contacts from the phone book.
Tap Search.
Key in the required destination.
Results matching what you key in are displayed.

3. Use Google Maps
Follow the steps below to view your options while using Google Maps.
4. Save favourite destination
Tap the information field above the destination.
Tap the favourite icon (a star) at the top of the display.
Tap the Return key to return to map view.
5. Plan route to destination
Tap the information field above the destination.
Tap the directions icon.
Tap Get directions.
Tap the mode of transportation icon at the top of the display.
Tap Driving.
To view the entire route on the map:
Tap the map icon.
Tap the map icon.
6. Use zoom
Tap + or - to zoom in or out.
7. Clear map
Tap the Menu key.
Tap Clear Map.
8. Exit
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
