Restarting my mobile phone
Your mobile phone may not react due to overload or errors in the operating system. If this happens, it might help to restart your mobile phone.

1. Turn off your mobile phone
Tap and hold On/Off.
Tap Power off.
Tap OK.
2. Remove the back cover
Turn the back of your mobile phone towards you.
Take hold of the top right corner of the back cover and remove it.

3. Remove the battery
Take hold of the bottom of the battery and remove it.
4. Insert battery
Wait 10-15 seconds.
Place the battery in your mobile phone (top first), matching the battery contacts with the contacts in your mobile phone, and press the battery into place.

5. Replace the back cover
Place the back cover on your mobile phone (bottom first) and press it until it clicks into place
6. Turn on your mobile phone
Tap On/Off until your mobile phone is turned on.
Wait 10-15 seconds.
Place the battery in your mobile phone (top first), matching the battery contacts with the contacts in your mobile phone, and press the battery into place.
