Activating a Google account on my mobile phone
If you want to use Google services on your mobile phone (such as Gmail, Android Market and Picasa), you need to activate a Google account on your mobile phone. It's easy, but first you need to set up your mobile phone for internet before you can use this function.

1. Find "Google"
Tap Applications.
Tap Settings.
Tap Accounts and sync.
Tap Add account.
Tap Google.
2. Start activation
Tap Next.
To create a new account: tap Create. Follow the instructions on the display to create a new account.
Tap Sign in.

3. Activate Google account
Tap Username and key in the username for your Google account.
Tap Password and key in the password for your Google account.
Tap Sign in.
4. Choose backup settings
Follow the instructions on the display to select backup settings.
Tap Finish.
Tap Finish.
5. Exit
Tap Finish setup.
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
