Creating a contact for my mobile phone
Want to create a new contact? Follow these easy instructions.

1. Find "the new contact icon"
Tap Contacts.
Tap the Contacts tab.
Tap the new contact icon.
2. Select phone book
Tap Phone or the required email account.
If you select Phone, the contact is created in your mobile phone's phone book.
If you select an email account, the contact is attached to this account but is also displayed on your mobile phone.
Only email accounts you're logged on to are displayed.

The steps below are based on the Phone phone book. If you select another phone book, there may be some differences in relation to the instruction.

3. Enter name
Tap First name and key in the required first name.
Tap Surname and key in the required last name.
4. Enter phone number
Tap Phone number and key in the required phone number.
Always begin phone numbers with a + followed by the country code, even for local phone numbers. This ensures the phone numbers can be called even when you're abroad.
Tap the field next to the phone number.

5. Enter email address
Tap Email address and key in the required email address.
Tap the field next to the email address.
Tap the required email type.
6. Save contact
Tap Save.
7. Add more information
You can add more information to the contact. The following steps show two examples.
Tap the required contact.
Choose one of the following options:
Assign picture, go to 7a.
Assign ringtone, go to 7b.
Tap the required contact.

8. 7a - Assign picture
Tap the Menu key.
Tap Edit.
Tap the picture icon next to the name.
To use a saved picture:
Tap Album.
Tap Album.
Go to the required folder.
Tap the required picture.
Tap the required picture.
To take a new picture:
Tap Take photo.
Tap Take photo.
Point the camera lens at the required object and tap the camera icon to take the picture.
Drag the frame to the required position to select the required detail.
Tap Save.
Tap Save.
9. 7b - Assign ringtone
Tap Ringtone.
Tap Default ringtone, Select sound from My files or Phone ringtone.
If you select Default ringtone:
The ringtone corresponds to the default setting.

If you select Select sound from My files:
Go to the required folder.
Go to the required folder.
Tap the required ringtones to listen to them.
Once you've found a ringtone you like, tap the field next the required ringtone to select it.
Tap OK.
If you select Phone ringtone:
Tap the required ringtones to listen to them.
Once you've found a ringtone you like, tap OK.
10. Exit
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
