Copying contacts between my mobile phone and SIM
If you change SIM or mobile phone, you can copy your contacts between your mobile phone and SIM, as it saves you from keying in all the information again.
List view
1. Find "Import/Export"
Tap Contacts.
Tap the Contacts tab.
Tap the Menu key.
Tap Import/Export.
2. Choose option
Choose one of the following options:
Copy contacts from your SIM to the phone memory, go to 2a.
Copy contacts from the phone memory to your SIM, go to 2b.
Copy contacts from your SIM to the phone memory, go to 2a.
Copy contacts from the phone memory to your SIM, go to 2b.
3. 2a - Copy contacts from your SIM to the phone memory
Tap Import from SIM card.
Tap the required phone book.
Tap Select all.
When the box next to a contact is marked (V), the contact is selected.
Tap Import.
4. 2b - Copy contacts from the phone memory to your SIM
Tap Export to SIM card.
Tap Select all.
When the box next to a contact is marked (V), the contact is selected.
Tap Export.
Tap OK to confirm.
5. Exit
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
Choose one of the following options:
Copy contacts from your SIM to the phone memory, go to 2a.
Copy contacts from the phone memory to your SIM, go to 2b.
