1. Slide your finger upwards on the screen.

3. Tap the flash icon repeatedly to select the required setting.

4. Point the camera lens at the back of your mobile phone at the required object.

5. Tap the camera icon to take a picture.

6. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 2:

The camera isn't used correctly

Solution:

Find "Camera"

Slide your finger upwards on the screen.

Tap Camera.

Turn flash on or off

Tap the flash icon repeatedly to select the required setting.

Take a picture

Point the camera lens at the back of your mobile phone at the required object.

Tap the camera icon to take a picture.

Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
