Turn on data roaming.

5. Tap the indicator next to "Data roaming" to turn the function on or off.

Possible cause 2:
Data roaming is turned off
Solution:
Find "Mobile networks"
Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top the screen.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Connections.
Tap Mobile networks.
Turn data roaming on or off
Tap the indicator next to "Data roaming" to turn the function on or off.
Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
