I can't access the internet
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
Set up your mobile phone for mobile internet.
1. Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.Tap the settings icon.
2. Tap More settings.
3. Tap Mobile networks.
4. Tap Access Point Names.
5. Tap the Menu key.
6. Tap New APN.
7. Tap Name.
8. Key in Optus Yes Internet and tap OK.
9. Tap APN.Key in yesinternet
10. Tap OK.
11. Tap MCC.
12. Key in 505 and tap OK.
13. Tap MNC.
14. Key in 02 and tap OK.
15. Tap Authentication type.
16. Tap PAP.
17. Tap APN type.
18. Key in default and tap OK.
19. Tap the Menu key.
20. Tap Save.
21. Tap the field next to the data connection to fill in the field.
22. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
Possible cause 9:
