I can't use GPS navigation

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.

Turn on GPS.

1. Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.Tap the settings icon.

2. Tap Location.

3. Tap the indicator next to "Location" to turn the function on or off.

4. If you turn on the function:Tap Mode.Continue to step 3.If you turn off the function:Continue to step 5.

5. Choose one of the following options:Turn on satellite-based and network-based GPS, go to 3a.Turn on network-based GPS, go to 3b.Turn on satellite-based GPS, go to 3c.

6. Tap High accuracy.

7. Tap Power saving.

8. Tap GPS only.

9. Tap the Return key.

10. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 2:

GPS has been turned off

Solution:

Turn on GPS.

1. Find "Location"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap the settings icon.

Tap Location.

2. Turn GPS on or off

Tap the indicator next to "Location" to turn the function on or off.

If you turn on the function:
Tap Mode.
Continue to step 3.
If you turn off the function:
Continue to step 5.

3. Choose option

Choose one of the following options:
Turn on satellite-based and network-based GPS, go to 3a.
Turn on network-based GPS, go to 3b.
Turn on satellite-based GPS, go to 3c.

4. 3a - Turn on satellite-based and network-based GPS

Tap High accuracy.

5. 3b - Turn on network-based GPS

Tap Power saving.

6. 3c - Turn on satellite-based GPS

Tap GPS only.

7. Save setting

Tap the Return key.

8. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
