I can't take pictures using the camera
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
Set your mobile phone to save pictures on the memory card.
1. Tap Apps.
2. Tap Camera.

3. The following steps describe how you:Zoom in or outTurn the flash on or offSelect resolutionSelect memoryTurn geotagging on or offTake a picture

4. Drag two fingers together or apart to zoom in or out.
5. Tap the settings icon.
6. Tap the flash icon repeatedly to turn the function on or off.
7. Tap the resolution icon.
8. Tap the required resolution.
9. Tap the dots.
10. Tap Storage location.
11. Tap Device or Memory card.
12. Tap Location tags to turn the function on or off.
13. Tap the Return key several times to return to camera mode.
14. Point the camera lens at the required object and tap the camera icon.The picture is saved automatically.
15. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
Possible cause 2:
The phone memory is full and your mobile phone is set to save pictures in this memory
Solution:
Set your mobile phone to save pictures on the memory card.
Zoom in or out
Turn the flash on or off
Select resolution
Select memory
Turn geotagging on or off
Take a picture
The picture is saved automatically.
