Wi-Fi isn't turned on on your mobile phone

Solution:

Turn on Wi-Fi.

1. Turn Wi-Fi on or off

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.

2. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
