Possible cause 2:
Calls aren't diverted to your voicemail
Solution:
Divert calls to your voicemail.
1. Find "Voice call"
Tap Phone.
Tap Keypad.
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Settings.
Tap Call.
Tap More settings.
After a moment the current settings are displayed.

Tap Voice call.
2. Select divert type
The current settings will be displayed.
Tap one of the following options:
Always forward
Always forward
Forward when busy
Forward when unanswered
Forward when unreachable
3. Divert calls to voicemail
Key in +61411000321 and tap Enable.
4. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
