I can't take pictures using the camera
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 2:
The phone memory is full and your mobile phone is set to save pictures in this memory: Set your mobile phone to save pictures on the memory card.

Tap Apps.
Tap Camera.

The following steps describe how you:
Zoom in or out
Turn flash on or off
Select resolution
Turn geotagging on or off
Select memory
Take a picture
Zoom in or out
Turn flash on or off

Tap the upper or lower part of the Volume key.
4. 4. Turn flash on or off
Tap the settings icon.
Tap the flash icon repeatedly to turn the function on or off.
5. 5. Select resolution
Tap the settings icon.
Tap the camera icon.
Tap Photo size.
Tap the required resolution.
6. 6. Turn geotagging on or off
Tap the settings icon
Tap Location tag.
Tap On or Off.
7. 7. Select memory
Tap Storage.
Tap Device or Memory card.
Tap the Return key to return to camera mode.
8. 8. Take a picture
Point the camera lens at the required object and tap the camera icon.
The picture is saved automatically.
