This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 3:

You're abroad and data roaming is turned off on your tablet: Turn on data roaming.

Tap the time in the bottom right corner of the display.

Tap Settings.

Tap More settings.

Tap Mobile networks.

Tap Data roaming to turn the function on or off.

If you turn on data roaming:
Tap OK to confirm.

Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
