I can't use one of my apps

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

The required app is damaged or deleted: Uninstall the required app and try to install it again.

List view

1. 1. Find "Play Store"

Tap the menu icon.
Tap Play Store.

2. 2. Find app

To search by category:
Tap CATEGORIES.
Go to the required category.
To search by name:
Tap the search icon.
Key in the name of the required app and tap the search icon.

3. 3. Install app

Tap the required app.
To install a free app:
Tap INSTALL.
Tap ACCEPT.
To buy an app:
Tap the price.
Follow the instructions on the display to install the app.
Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.

4. 4. Use app

Tap the menu icon.
Tap the app you've just installed.
Follow the instructions on the display to use the app.
