I can't receive messages on my voicemail

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 2:

Calls aren't diverted to your voicemail: Divert calls to your voicemail.

List view

1. 1. Find "Voice call"

Tap the menu icon.

Tap Phone.

Tap the menu icon.

Tap Call settings.

Tap Call forwarding.

Tap Voice call.

2. 2. Select divert type

The current settings will be displayed.

Tap one of the following options:
Always forward

Forward when busy

Forward when unanswered

Forward when unreachable

3. 3. Divert calls to voicemail

Key in +61411000321 and tap Enable.

4. 4. Return to the home screen

Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
