I can't send and receive email

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

The email is written incorrectly: Write an email correctly.

List view

1. 1. Find "Email"

Tap the menu icon.
Tap Email.

2. 2. Select email account

Tap the name of the email account.
Tap the required email account.

3. 3. Create email

Tap the new email icon.

4. 4. Enter recipient

Key in the first letters of the required contact.
Matching contacts are displayed.
Tap the required contact.
Repeat the procedure to add more recipients.

5. 5. Enter subject

Tap Subject.
Key in a subject for the email.

6. 6. Write the text

Tap the text input field.
Write the text for your email.

7. 7. Attach file

Tap the attachment icon.
Tap My files.
Go to the required folder.
Tap the box next to the required file to select the file.
Tap Done.

8. 8. Send the email

Tap the send icon when you've finished your email.

9. 9. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
