I can't use GPS navigation
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
GPS has been turned off: Turn on GPS.
List view
1. 1. Find "Location services"
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your tablet.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Connections.
Tap Location services.
2. 2. Turn location access on or off
Tap Access to my location to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on the function:
Tap Agree.
Tap Agree.
3. 3. Turn satellite-based GPS on or off
Tap Use GPS satellites to turn the function on or off.
4. 4. Turn network-based GPS on or off
Tap Use wireless networks to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on network-based GPS:
Tap Agree.
Tap Agree.
5. 5. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
6. 6. Find "Location"
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Google Settings.
Tap Location.
7. 7. Turn use of GPS position for Google apps on or off
Tap Access location to turn the function on or off.
Tap OK.
8. 8. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
