I can't access the internet

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 5:

You've established a connection to a Wi-Fi network, but you aren't logged on: Open the browser on your tablet and try to load a website. The browser is redirected to the homepage of the Wi-Fi network. Follow the instructions on the display to log on. If you can't log on to the Wi-Fi network, turn off Wi-Fi on your tablet and connect to the internet using the mobile network.

1. 1. Find "Internet"

Tap Internet.

2. 2. Enter web address

Tap the address bar.
Key in the address of the required website and tap Go.

3. 3. Add current website to your bookmarks

Tap the bookmarks icon.
Tap the add bookmark icon.
Edit the name of the bookmark.
Tap Save.

4. 4. Go to bookmark

Tap the bookmarks icon.
Tap the required bookmark.

5. 5. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
