I can't access the internet

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 4:

You're abroad and data roaming is turned off on your tablet: Turn on data roaming. Please note: you may induce additional costs by turning on data roaming.

1. 1. Find "Mobile networks"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your tablet.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Connections.
Tap More networks.
Tap Mobile networks.

2. 2. Turn data roaming on or off

Tap Data roaming to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on data roaming:
Tap OK to confirm.

3. 3. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
