I can't make voice calls

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

Your tablet is set to connect to 3G networks only: Change network mode allowing your tablet to connect to both 2G and 3G networks.

1. 1. Find "Network mode"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your tablet.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Connections.
Tap More networks.
Tap Mobile networks.
Tap Network mode.

2. 2. Select network mode

Tap LTE/WCDMA/GSM (auto connect), WCDMA/GSM (auto connect), WCDMA only or GSM only.

3. 3. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
