I can't turn on my tablet
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 2:
An incorrect PIN is entered: Enter the correct PIN. If you enter a wrong PIN three times in a row, your SIM is blocked and you need to key in your PUK. You can get your PUK on Optus My Account.

1. 1. Turn on your tablet
Tap On/Off until your tablet is turned on.
2. 2. Enter PIN
If required, key in your PIN and tap OK.
If your SIM is rejected:
Contact your service provider or the store where you bought your tablet.
If your SIM is rejected:

3. 3. Turn off your tablet
Tap and hold On/Off.
Tap Power off.
Tap OK.
