Solution:

Enter the message centre number.

Find "Message Centre"

Tap Messages.

Tap the menu icon.

Tap Settings.

Tap More settings.

Tap Text messages.

Tap Message Centre.

Saving the message centre number

Key in +61411990001 and tap SET.

Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
