You can see how much data you've used when you've used the browser or when you've sent and received email etc.

Find "Data usage"
Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Data usage.
Check data usage
The total data usage is displayed.
The data usage for each app is displayed below By application.
