Merge identical contacts
If identical contacts appear in the address book, you can merge them so they will appear only once.
List view
Find "Merge duplicate contacts"
Tap Apps.
Tap Contacts.
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Settings.
Tap Merge duplicate contacts.

Tap the field above "All".
Tap MERGE.
Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
Tap Apps.
Tap Contacts.
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Settings.
Tap Merge duplicate contacts.
Tap the field above "All".
Tap MERGE.
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
