I can't send and receive email
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
Write an email correctly.
1. Tap Apps.
2. Tap Email.
3. Slide your finger right on the display.Tap Inbox below the required email account.
4. Tap the new email icon.
5. Key in the first letters of the required contact.Matching contacts are displayed.Tap the required contact.Repeat the procedure to add more recipients.
6. Tap Subject and key in a subject.
7. Tap the text input field.Write the text for your email.
8. Tap the attachment icon.
9. Tap My Files.Go to the required folder.
10. Tap the box next to the required file.
11. Tap Done.
12. Tap the send icon when you've finished your email.
13. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
Possible cause 2:
The email is written incorrectly
Solution:
Write an email correctly.
Tap Inbox below the required email account.
Matching contacts are displayed.
Tap the required contact.
Repeat the procedure to add more recipients.
