If your internet connection is slow or doesn't work as it usually does, it may help to restore the factory default settings. Please note: all settings in your modem are deleted during this process.

Tap and hold the Factory reset button for about 7 seconds using a sharp-pointed object (such as a paper clip). Wait while your modem restores the factory default settings.
